It is almost Auction Time !

It's time to start planning our great auction.  The auction is our major fundraiser held each year.  The goods that are sold are donated by the members, and are grouped into the live auction, silent auction, boutique, Chinese auction, or placed on the book and pattern table.  We'll be collecting donations at the July guild meeting.  Bring books and patterns to the August meeting.  The Point of Contact is 4th VP, Virginia S.

For a printable Auction Donation Form, click here.  The information on the form is used to put together the list of items that will be auctioned off at the guild meeting.  Or, click here to send an email to Virginia with a description of your items.

Volunteers are needed to organize auction items and to help on the night of the auction.  If you wish to volunteer, please contact Virginia or email her at auction@lakeviewquiltersguild.org

This item is a luncheon for six on Thursday, Oct. 30 or Saturday, Nov. 2 during the International Quilt Festival in Houston.  At noontime, Pat and Pete Koester will chauffeur the lucky winners from the George R.
