LQG Fall Retreat The retreat begins on Thursday afternoon but if you can't make it on Thursday, do not despair! There is still plenty of fun to be had if you arrive Friday or even Saturday morning. Since last year, an elevator is available for those who need it to get to the second floor of the retreat center. For those of you who have never been to the Fall Retreat, the retreat center is located on 30+ acres of beautiful grounds. The facilities are furnished like a bed and breakfast with interesting antiques and quilts. The cost is $180 per person; this fee includes your room and all meals and beverages from dinner Friday through brunch Sunday morning. For those arriving on Thursday, there is an optional group dinner for an additional $11 (baked potato/salad bar), but you will be on your own for breakfast and lunch on Friday. Please remember that you must be a current guild
member to be eligible to attend the retreat. Registrations will be accepted by mail or at a guild meeting. The registration form is in your June
newsletter,
and contains the information on where to mail your check and your registration
form. Registration forms will not be accepted until June 16. This
year's retreat is limited to 60 persons, so mark your calendars, make your check
out to LQG, and be ready to send it to Carolyn A. We hope you will join other guild members for a fabulous weekend of
