Mixed technique quilt or wall hanging (less than twin size). Not judged.
40 x 60 inches. Hand quilted, Hand appliqued, Machine pieced. 2002.

On Sept 11th, I saw a view of the Statue of Liberty in the background while watching the towers tragedy and thought she must be weeping. It took a couple of weeks to get the complete idea on paper.
